well first of all im way less serious then my pictures let on... i just cant fake smile for pictures and it just so happens there usually is never a camera around when i am.

I'm into rock muscle cars and pretty much just having a fun time, if i had my way id spend every weekend in a low population bar with live hard rock with a pint of Guinness and a few of my close friends, i work in engineering for the defense industry, i came here because i was bored, to find some fun (fun here doesn't imply sex to clarify, not that sex isn't fun but that's not what i meant... did i mention i tend to run off on tangents) and friends

hey, i'm chris. i like to write, perhaps we'll use this box to write a bit of a story. There was once a boy who was born in Merrick, Ny, and moved around a bit, and is now residing in Lindenhurst. This boy is now a man, having flown the coop shortly after turning 20. Now this man will be 25 this october.

Spending his days working, his nights coming home to his apt, cooking some dinner, watching some jeopardy, or catching a movie off of Netflix.

Free time is spent with friends and family. Mom is on long island with a sister of mine. Though most of my family resides in Brooklyn, that's where my grandma, a few of my aunts, and my other sister lives.

In the next 6 yrs, i hope to reach some major goals, hopefully owning a home of my own, meeting the right person, getting a dog and such.

i hope to make an impact on the world, as already stated i do like to write, i love being creative, whether its coming up with an absurdly unfunny joke, or a lil story to bend certain truths.

Somehow telling your mom that you were held in contempt of court fighting a traffic violation, and that she would have you bail you out of jail is not exactly funny. then telling that story again, without mentioning that its just a joke is also not funny. lucky for me, i got out of the ticket, and was sent on my way in like ten minutes, thank goodness.

I am currently a college student, im studying elementary education and hope to continue my education with my masters in special education. I love working with children and hopefully within the next two years will have a teaching job. Im orginally from long island, new york and just moved to PA. I plan to live in this area somewhat and teach in PA. Im always up for meeting new people and having a good time. I love dogs, and hope to have one of my own soon. I bought a journal from a book store. I write and draw in it. It's actually a diary. Like it's meant for girls to write in but the book looks really pretty so I don't care.

I often find myself lost in paintings of dreamscapes. Check out Roger Dean, he does Yes album covers and stuff. Ever since I was little I looked at the art on folders at school and stuff and wished I could be there instead of real life.

I always thought Native American culture is interesting. I don't know why.

I like psychedelic drugs. They have changed me in an extremely positive way and they let me see life through a different perspective. I just figured since I'm looking for a relationship I should throw that out there because I'm not willing to change. Okay, here's the deal:

I've never been one for the club/bar scene. Iâ??d much rather be spending an evening out with some friends, or a night in with takeout and a good DVD. I love going to the movies.

I often joke that I was born in the wrong era. I love almost everything to do with the 1920s and 1930s.. I'm a big fan of silents and pre-Codes (don't knock 'em until you've tried 'em). I definitely read too much for my own good â?? mostly bios and the â??darkerâ?? classics like the Brontes. I am very interested in other faiths and cultures - the world is too big for one path to be the "right" one. Oh, and I love animals of all kinds!

Things I like to do: Museums, coffee houses, cozy venues with live music. I'll kick your butt at mini-golf or perish in the attempt. (Bowling and pool much the same.)

I used to DJ back in college, and early in my regular work career, so I actually love the culture itself. I own my own house which took a long time to fix up, and during the same time, the company I work for moved from LI to NYC, so both those things were pretty much my focus for the past couple of years.

The girl Iâ??d like to meet is as comfortable in the local bar as she would be meeting the professional people I work with at a nice dinner in Manhattan, and likes to try different things. Being able to adjust to both situations is a quality I love. Humor is a total MUST. I've found in the past that these are pretty hard qualities to find in one person.

Since I have a monthly ticket to Manhattan, I find myself there a bit more than LI. Not having to drive is a good thing ;-) Downtown lounges are a big favorite. Having a martini, listening to great house music always relaxes me. I also like shows, museums, galleries and concerts. A big outdoor thing I like is mountain biking. I love going to Caumsett state park in Lloyd Harbor, and riding down by the water, when I can. I also like going to the wineries out east to do some wine tasting. Also, the Nautical mile in the summer months has been an increasingly fun destination. My philosophy abount living in NY is that it gives you so many options, it's a crime not to take advantage of them. I donâ??t want to give the impression I just want to party all the time either. Staying home by the fireplace and watching a movie definitely has a great appeal as well. I just like a nice balance.

The reason why its so hard for relationships to last is because girls have so many communication options. With the internet the possibilities are almost endless. My name is Kristine. I live in Lindenhurst in the fall, winter, and spring but in the summer I live and work in Montauk. I go to SUNY Old Westbury. I aspire to be a librarian. I love to bake and would like to some day go to pastry school. I love the beach, but living in Montauk and not liking the beach would be a sin. I like to go to baseball games, either Mets or Yanks. Summer is definately my favorite season, because i get to surf, and be on warped tour which in the past I have worked for in the past.
I love reading and writing, eventually i plan on going to school to be an English major, but my real goal is to make a living off doing music / producing and what i love.
